In the Nick of Time

Dr. Skees says if we hadn't brought the kitty in to see him when we did that GiGi Kitty would not have survived the night. She has feline distemper and is hypoglycemic and her blood sugar had tanked. He has given us a special food and antibiotics to give her and she is doing much much better this morning. Thank goodness! Feline distemper is usually fatal, so we're not out of the woods just yet, but hopefully we caught it in time and can help our little friend. The next few days could be touch and go but if she makes it through the next 4 days she should be fine.

I just came by to see how GiGi Kittty was doing. Glad to hear she's on the mend.
She's just too cute and too little to be that sick!

I'll keep checking. And saying a little prayer.

Hey! Colonoscopy was Monday. They said 5 days and of course, they were closed yesterday. So, I wait until Monday. Today is one of those days when I'm not quite so worried.
