Bloggy Birthday - 3 Days Late

October 6th was my blogging birthday. I missed my own birthday. I'm not surprised.

I started all this blogging stuff to have a way to keep my family up-to-date on the happenings in our home. I still blog for that reason but there are other reasons that make me keep on doing it or I might have called it quits a while ago. I also do it to make a connection to other women. Women are so cool! I'm glad to have been virtually introduced to women who make me laugh, who make me appreciate the blessings in my life, who teach me, who encourage me (Bee, I'm really missing your voice). I hope that every now and then you are encouraged here or learn something new or that you laugh even if you're laughing at me and not with me. : D

The Nester asked us to define our space (our home) a couple of days ago. To describe how you want people to feel when they visit you in your natural habitat. I have yet to complete that assignment for the house I live in but here, my internet home, I want to be Not Stuffy. I want to feel comfortable here and for you to feel the same way. Really, this is how I want my house to feel also. I want it to be a place you can drop in and put your groceries in the fridge while you hang out (sound familiar S? I really miss that, you know). The door is always open here.

So, Happy Belated Bloggy Birthday to me!

Happy bloggy birthday! You've got the Not Stuffy feel perfected. I read and think, man, that Rebekah would be so fun to hang out with in real life. Rock on, lady.

(I deleted this the first time because I misspelled a word!)

Happy Belated Bloggy Birthday! Or would that be, Belated Happy Bloggy Birthday? Hmmm...

Anyway, I've missed you, too and I fully intend to sit down tomorrow and catch up on what's been going on in your Not Stuffy little world. I'll put my groceries in your refrigerator and we'll hang out and plan our trip to the Sting concert!

BTW, did I say thanks; for mentioning me in your post and for those sweet words you left at BeeMusing.
